For 40 years I’ve explored creativity in many forms: through writing, songwriting, filmmaking, film scoring, and stand-up comedy.

Leading a creative life, and helping others do the same is what fulfills me. Through workshops, groups, and one-on-one sessions, I provide the space, guidance, and tools to help you connect or reconnect with your own creativity.

When you truly connect with your creativity it changes you. You begin to feel differently about yourself, see the world with new eyes, and relate to others on a deeper level.

'Songs, Stories & Stand-up' is a solo show that I perform every third Thursday in Berkeley. The show is a personal exploration of the creative life, and what I've learned about being human. Creative expression is how I make sense of things; I can't imagine a life without it.
