For 40 years I’ve explored creativity in many forms: through writing, songwriting, filmmaking, film scoring, and stand-up comedy.

I draw on all those experiences, and the experience of being a parent and a human-being-in-progress, for my solo show, 'Songs, Stories & Stand-up', which I perform every third Thursday in Berkeley. The show is a personal exploration of the creative life, what I've learned about the world, and what it means to be human. For me, creative expression is how I make sense of things; I can't imagine a life without it.

Leading a creative life and helping others do the same is what fulfills me. Through workshops, ongoing groups, and one-on-one sessions, I provide the space, guidance, and tools to help you connect or reconnect with your own creativity.

When you truly connect with your creativity it changes you. You begin to feel differently about yourself, see the world with new eyes, and relate to others on a deeper level.
