Why do people talk about nothing? Because it's easy. Talking about ideas is hard work. Thinking takes energy, effort.

Sincerity also requires effort. Insincerity does not.

Considering another person's point of view can be challenging. Most people don’t want to be challenged.

It’s hard to sustain full capacity thinking - there are times when you need to go on low power mode. That’s fine. Just don't get stuck there.
