'Appreciate someone' came up on my reminders. I put it in my calendar as a recurring item every Sunday. I guess it's my way of going to church. Sometimes I don't get to it on Sunday, so the reminder keeps coming up until I do.

Today I appreciated my dad for showing up for his life, even when it's hard and feels like there's not much point.
