Guy with a long skinny beard just walked by carrying a Corona with a lime in it. It's noon and he's having a beer. That represents some kind of freedom to me. I would have to have a good reason to do that. I wonder what his permission process is. Maybe it's just "I'd like to have a beer" and he buys one. Mine is much more complicated.
