JANUARY 2005

It’s after 11:00 – a little late to be starting this. I went to a meditation group tonight (led by James Baraz). Yay for me! It really did change my attitude pretty drastically. I am feeling more positive & clear.

Here’s what’s on my mind:

1) Whatever it is you're working on - even if it's not exactly what you want to be doing - make it as brilliant as you can.

2) Live, learn, grow. Everything changes. That is the beauty of life. Don’t fight it.

3) Love and appreciate your family. Daily. Hourly. Always.

4) Meditate. The answers to all questions will present themselves eventually. Don’t worry or doubt yourself as you're doing any of the above.
