Out of sorts
FEBRUARY 2, 2017 - Late Thursday night (it’s 1:06 am, so it’s actually Friday). Went to the screening, and had drinks after. Feeling out of sorts. Small. Awkward. Insignificant.
Early in the game
Most of the time I work on these posts late at night, and it can feel like being back in school with an assignment due the next day: a combination of desperation, regret that I didn't start work on it earlier, and resentment for getting so much homework.
Advil and earplugs
Re-organizing yourself around a new belief system is like replacing the foundation of your house. It's major. First you have to demolish the old one, which is a loud and messy process.

Generally purposeless
On the Wikipedia page, on the left column, there's a link called 'Random Article' that you can click to get a random article. Sometimes I use it to find ideas for song names. There are a LOT of entries in Wikipedia, so you never run out. Here are some random results for your enjoyment...
Work on it
I miss the easy, casual relationship with making things. With no thought of what it's going to be for, or if it's the best use of time, etc. I can barely remember doing something on impulse. With no concern for outcome.
